These terms cover the Sayni apps, sayni.ai and the services operated by Cubo World Inc. Contact Support@sayni.ai about the service or these terms. By using Sayni, you agree to these terms. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded.

Language practice and AI replies

Sayni provides conversation practice, optional meanings, saved words and learning feedback. AI replies can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Check information that matters to you. Feedback and recall indicators are practice aids; they do not certify language ability or guarantee a learning result. Sayni is not an emergency, medical, legal or financial advice service.

Access and your account

Use accurate information and protect your account, device and credentials. Sign-in, guest access, languages and features depend on the build and service availability. You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age required by your local law; minors need permission from a parent or guardian where required. Third-party sign-in providers have their own terms.

Remaining eligible minutes belong to the relevant Sayni account. Matching emails do not merge separate accounts. Free offers have the conditions shown when offered and do not authorise a payment. An available preview does not guarantee future free access or payment availability.

Usage limits and purchases

Conversation limits end an individual conversation; they are separate from your available Sayni balance and do not cap third-party API bills. Purchases are offered only in enabled builds and locations. Review the product, price, currency, taxes and conditions shown in the actual purchase screen before confirming. No purchase is authorised merely by visiting the website, signing in or requesting support.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly; annual subscriptions are paid upfront and renew annually. Subscription Credits are issued monthly and expire at the end of each monthly allowance period. Top-up Credit packs do not expire or create a subscription. Each connected conversation uses 10 Credits per minute, rounded up to whole minutes, with a 10-Credit minimum. Additional usage does not authorize automatic extra charges. Our Refund policy provides a 7-day full refund for eligible unused first subscription payments and Credit-pack purchases made directly on sayni.ai. Used benefits and renewal payments are reviewed individually. Apple and Google Play purchases follow the applicable store policies and mandatory consumer rights. Refunds and reversals adjust the associated balance and paid access after confirmation. Cancel through the purchase channel before renewal; requesting account deletion or deleting the app does not cancel a subscription or refund a purchase.

If you use your own OpenAI API key, you are responsible for that provider account, key and charges. AI features and searches may incur provider fees. A ChatGPT subscription does not supply API credit. Internet and mobile-data charges may also apply.

Responsible use

Use Sayni for lawful practice and only submit material you have permission to use. Do not commit fraud, invade privacy, distribute harmful software, attack the service, use stolen credentials or bypass access controls and usage limits. We may restrict access to protect people and the service, investigate abuse or comply with law.

Your content and learning data

You retain your rights in the material you provide. You permit processing needed to carry out a feature you request, including AI replies and support. This does not transfer ownership of your conversations to Sayni. AI output may resemble other output and is not guaranteed to be original.

Supported builds cache learning records on your device and back them up to your Sayni account when you sign in. Unsynced changes can be lost if you clear storage or lose your device. Export a backup if you need a separate copy and protect exported files. Learning-data deletion and account deletion are separate actions; supported learning deletions sync across devices. Open-source software and third parties

Sayni includes open-source components, including code derived from Mural, with notices retained in the app. Their licences govern the rights granted by that code and do not imply that the original developers operate or endorse Sayni. Third-party AI, authentication, payment and infrastructure services have separate terms and availability.

Availability, responsibility and changes

We work to keep Sayni available, but interruptions and changes can occur. Features may depend on network access and provider availability. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI output. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms when the service changes and will provide notice where required. Material changes affecting existing paid rights remain subject to applicable law and the purchase conditions. Contact Support@sayni.ai to resolve a concern. These terms do not remove protections or access to remedies under the law that applies to you.
